Targeted Intervention

What is It?

It is common for students to fall behind in the first year of their A-Level or GCSE courses, which often results in them struggling through internal Summer exams. We think this problem can be addressed as early as possible and that is why we are partnering with schools to offer small-group interventions.

These courses are aimed at secondary schools and sixth forms, to assist with A-level and GCSE study across the full range of National Curriculum subjects.

Small group sessions help to target your students’ specific learning needs;
An academic year’s sessions comprise 18 x 60-minute online classes, delivered over 2-3 terms;
Multiple subjects available: STEM, English, Economics, History, Geography, Languages;
Each session will be flexible and interactive to address the needs of the student group involved;
Sessions incorporate exam question practice and feedback;
Homework can be set between classes to maintain student momentum;
Benefit from small group support at a fraction of the cost of tutoring;
Option to add in self-paced learning resources at a vastly reduced cost;
You can use school funding streams to meet Targeted Intervention costs and/or ask for parental contributions;
Please also enquire if you need a smaller number of ad-hoc sessions to fill specific learning gaps or stretch a gifted student cohort.
